In this edition of the Making Waves NESPA Member Spotlight, Benon Brewer of Brewer Endeavors LLC located in Bridgeville, PA is highlighted for his contributions to NESPA's growing presence in Western Pennsylvania. From starting out as a teenage lifeguard to launching a pool service company, Benon has remained committed to water safety and professional development.

His first experience at the 2025 Pool & Spa Show opened his eyes to the value of NESPA membership - from networking opportunities to vital resources like legal codes and safety standards. Benon’s experience reflects NESPA’s visible efforts to expand its supportive, community-driven culture across new regions.
