Pennsylvania: Codes, Standards & Regulations

All new industrialized homes entering the first stage of production after April 1, 2019, must be constructed in accordance with the applicable 2015 codes including the 2014 National Electric Code.

The State of Pennsylvania announced it will adopt the listed 2015 Codes as identified by the PA Department of Labor.

  • 2015 International Residential Code with the 2014 National Electric Code
  • 2015 International Energy Conservation Code (includes PHTA energy efficiency standards for pools, spas & hot tubs)
  • 2015 International Fire Code (without amendment)
  • 2015 International Fuel Gas Code
  • 2015 International Mechanical Code
  • 2015 International Plumbing Code
