Pennsylvania: Codes, Standards & Regulations

In February 2022, Pennsylvania transitioned from the 2015 I-Codes to the 2018 versions including the 2017 National Electric Code.

The State of Pennsylvania announced it will adopt the listed 2018 Codes as identified by the PA Department of Labor.

Construction Code

3109.1 General. The design and construction of swimming pools, spas and hot tubs shall comply with the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code.
