Women in the Industry (WITI) Mission Statement:

To bring about awareness, understanding, and solutions for the challenges faced by women in the pool industry. We seek to provide strategies and skills to achieve empowerment and success through encouragement, support, knowledge, and access to resources. 

WITI programs are open to anyone working in the pool & spa industry. 

We welcome those working in all aspects and with all levels of experience.  You do not need to be a NESPA member to participate. If you would like to expand your industry network, you can learn more about membership here.

The 8th Women in the Industry Leadership Workshop at the 2026 Pool & Spa Show delivered a full day of growth, connection, and confidence-building with Lead the Ask negotiation training led by Jill D. Griffin.
