Everyone has been more busy than usual, so we wanted to remind you of TWO new benefit programs we've launched that over real value to NESPA members and can help you with your business right now.

This is the time of year when many industry professionals will need to renew their PHTA certifications, and others might need to compile their CEUs to renew their licenses.

In memory of Paulette Pitrak and in honor of her boundless energy, we recognize volunteers who have gone above and beyond to support NESPA and our industry each year.   We are currently taking nominations for this year's honoree.

NESPA welcomed volunteer leaders to our headquarters in Hamilton, New Jersey, for the 19^th Annual Congress of Committees.  For nearly two decades, we have carved out time each year to get together and review the successes and challenges of the last year and put a strategic eye on the goals we'd like to put in place for NESPA and the industry for the year ahead. 

In Episode 13, we continue our conversation with NPC's Smooth Finish and discuss the many ways our organizations work together, the importance of industry collaboration, and how joining efforts is just plain smart.

In September, I had the honor of being sworn in as President of the Northeast Spa & Pool Association. I am humbled by the support you have shown me and am honored to lead the association in the coming year.  A special thanks to our immediate past president, Amy Rullo, for her dedication and partnership during this transition.
