Speaking with One Voice

The Northeast Pool & Spa Association is your voice on legislation and regulations impacting our industry. NESPA GRAC monitors legislative action across the region and represents the pool and spa industry when these important actions are being debated.

 

NESPA's Government Relations Action Committee (GRAC) brings together dedicated member volunteers and lobbyists on behalf of our members to oppose onerous over-regulation and advocate for our industry. We have important relationships with Federal, State and local officials and are in regular contact to share our industry’s perspective on legislation. 

The Government Relations Action Committee consists of representatives from each of our five chapters.  If you have questions about legislation and government regulations contact NESPA at 609-689-9111.

Welcome PSAWP to the NESPA Family!

 

 

The Northeast Spa & Pool Association is excited to announce the launch of its’ new chapter, the Pool & Spa Association of Western Pennsylvania (PSAWP)! We hope all of our members across the Northeast will join in welcoming PSAWP as the newest chapter of the Northeast Spa & Pool Association community.

This expansion marks an exciting opportunity to connect and support pool and spa professionals throughout Western Pennsylvania. Plans are already underway for the fall of 2026, with training and networking events tailored specifically for the Western PA market including the Second Annual Pirates Tailgate and Game.

This is a terrific networking opportunity as we tailgate at Southern Tier from 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM before heading over to watch the Pittsburgh Pirates take on the Boston Red Sox. At this year’s tailgate and game, we’ll be collecting new, unwrapped toys for the Toys for Tots program. Bring a toy and help us put smiles on kids’ faces!

The entire event is just $35 per person.
