Speaking with One Voice

The Northeast Pool & Spa Association is your voice on legislation and regulations impacting our industry. NESPA GRAC monitors legislative action across the region and represents the pool and spa industry when these important actions are being debated.

 


 

 

NESPA's Government Relations Action Committee (GRAC) brings together dedicated member volunteers and lobbyists on behalf of our members to oppose onerous over-regulation and advocate for our industry. We have important relationships with Federal, State and local officials and are in regular contact to share our industry’s perspective on legislation. 

The Government Relations Action Committee consists of representatives from each of our four chapters.  If you have questions about legislation and government regulations contact NESPA at 609-689-9111.

Ring in the New Year at the Pool & Spa Show

The Pool & Spa Show is just a few weeks away. Below you'll find some helpful reminders about what you can do now to make the Show a success for you and your business!  Important information about our Health & Safety Plan is included.

  • Register Now! It is more important than ever to register early for the Show. All classes require pre-registration ahead of your arrival at the Convention Center. Classes will sell out if you wait! View the schedule and check out our exhibitors.
     
  • Already registered? Make sure you've selected all your classes for each day. You can adjust your schedule in the weeks leading up to the Show, but space may be limited in key courses. Log in and check today!
     
  • Review our Updated Health & Safety Guidelines. NESPA believes that a successful event means caring for our attendees, vendors, members, and the industry at large. This year's Show will follow industry best practices and local guidance to create the safest possible environment for all attendees to feel comfortable engaging with each other while respecting individual status regarding vaccination.
