Speaking with One Voice

The Northeast Pool & Spa Association is your voice on legislation and regulations impacting our industry. NESPA GRAC monitors legislative action across the region and represents the pool and spa industry when these important actions are being debated.

 


 

 

NESPA's Government Relations Action Committee (GRAC) brings together dedicated member volunteers and lobbyists on behalf of our members to oppose onerous over-regulation and advocate for our industry. We have important relationships with Federal, State and local officials and are in regular contact to share our industry’s perspective on legislation. 

The Government Relations Action Committee consists of representatives from each of our four chapters.  If you have questions about legislation and government regulations contact NESPA at 609-689-9111.

Outstanding Achievement Awards:  What You Need to Know Now!

Each year, NESPA holds the Outstanding Achievement Awards to honor the work of all our members.  These prestigious awards cover a variety of types of pool and spa construction projects as well as recognize the work of our service companies.

While the awards deadlines aren’t until after the Summer season, now is the best time to start getting your awards game plan together.

Builders – start identifying projects and start with taking your pictures right now.  Grabbing those pictures early makes submitting your entries so much easier later.  Later in the season you’ll have to spend time removing towels, pool tools and other items to get the shot you are looking for your entry.

Service Companies – Start compiling customer email addresses for your entries.  Each year we select different letters of the alphabet so that we contact a variety of customers to take our service survey. Check out this year’s letters and start thinking of customers that would be a good fit.

  • We offer separate competitions for Builders and Service Companies
  • Entries are judges on their Own Merits not against each other
  • Winners use their awards to help get New Customers & gain business
  • You can bring your projects to life by including video clips in your entries for Exceptional Recognition in Design & Building Categories
  • These Awards are presented at The Pool & Spa Show in Atlantic City, NJ
