Recently, Pool & Spa News profiled the winner of NESPA's highest volunteer recognition – The Paulette Pitrak Above and Beyond Award.  Sheryl Heather of our LIPSA Chapter was selected as our 2020 honoree because of her tireless support of our industry, including her leadership on workforce development issues.

In her PSN profile, Sheryl shares how she started in the industry and how colleagues in the industry supported her personally and professionally.  Plus, she gives an update on the work her chapter has been doing with local vocational schools to help create our next generation of employees.
