For the second year in a row, NESPA sponsored the Service Company of Excellence Awards. This is an extraordinarily tough competition to win. Companies who enter the competition must supply a list of customers who are then contacted by NESPA. The customer is asked to rate the service company in six categories from performance, response time, service, the company’s employees, if the customer would recommend the service company and the overall performance over the past year.  Winners of the competition were honored at the annual Sunday Brunch held October 21st at the Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center.
