Our floor plan, located in one 457,200 sq. ft. room, continues to provide more exhibitor choices for booth sizes and shapes, improved traffic flow, better movement of freight, and empty crate storage.

We contract for large blocks of rooms at very competitive prices in several luxury casinohotels.

Exhibitors and attendees have a choice of room rates starting as low as $73 a night. A block of rooms is also available in the Sheraton Convention Center Hotel. These rooms are priced at $125 per night. Suites for exhibitor hospitality events, requiring Show Management authorization prior to booking, are available in any of the hotels in our block. Housing reservation information will be sent to exhibitors who have submitted the Space Contract and deposit.

Our convenient Shuttle Bus service will provide transportation to and from our participating hotels and Convention Center on a frequent schedule.

The Welcome Party, a traditionally fun kick-off to the Show, will take place on Monday, January 26, 7:00-10:00 p.m. (location to be determined). Shuttle busses from our participating hotels will be available to transport attendees and exhibitors to and from the Party.

The “Product Boardwalk” provides exhibitors the opportunity to promote their products to every attendee before they enter the Show Floor. This area sells out every year so register soon.

Set-up for the show will begin on Friday, January 24 and continue through Monday, January 26. Exhibits open at noon on tuesday, January 27. The Show ends at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 29 when move-out commences. “Caravan” freight shipments to other industry trade shows, which follow the Atlantic City Show, will be available.

A commercial pool and spa venue was added to both the exhibit hall and to the seminar program and both were crowded with enthusiastic attendees in 2008's Show.
