Get READY for the New Pool & Spa Season!

Pool season is coming. Are you ready? Before you know it, the weather will be warm and customers will want our products and services. What kind of image will you project? It is up to you, me and all of us to promote pool and spa professionalism to our customers. As members of NESPA, we need to work together to exceed customer’s expectations and to leave them feeling that they made a smart decision. We need to take it upon ourselves to enhance the image of the pool and spa industry.

While we’re changing perceptions, we need to focus on pool and spa safety. Our industry is perceived as not caring about pool and spa safety. We know that isn’t true. How can each of us show that we care a great deal? How can we show our customers, our communities, and our employees, that we take pool and spa safety seriously?
