Jon Damaska, Director of Sales with United Aqua Group, will discuss industry buying groups and how they work. This will be an honest conversation qualifying what business profile works mutually best for the dealer and the manufacturer as well as the advantages and disadvantages of joining a group. We will also discuss the personality differences between the industry buying groups and have a group discussion on the future view of our industry.

Jon and his wife Teresa are almost empty nesters with the youngest 2 of 5 children finishing college in the next 2 years. Jon is an avid cyclist spending most weekends riding the shores of Lake Michigan near where he lives in Holland, MI.
